Data mining provides early insights into what Hi-Rez is developing. However, the data retrieved may not always be crystal clear, leading to potential misinterpretations or inaccuracies. It’s essential to acknowledge that this data is subject to change or may never make it into the final build. Therefore, while skin and content information is typically reliable, details regarding gods, items and game modes can occasionally be inaccurate.

Smite2Live and Builder

Get yourself ready for next Smite 2 playtest using our new item builder, one of the many tools to come in our new web app called smite to live!

Item Changes

I guess this is already visible in flash playtest, but if you have not played it, there you go.

  • Items
    • Combat blink is now added into the game, seems to be the option by default
    • You can now sell and purchase beads / blink. Seems like you will be able to switch between them, cost is 0 but cooldown remains while switching between both.
    • The combat blink can be used while channeling abilities for now
  • A new item was added, hastened fatalis. Use smite2live to check it.

Gods

  • Gods
    • Hecate and Thanatos were added to playlist.
    • The Morrigan is practically finished and ready, should be enabled sooner than later
    • Ares, same as morrigan, should come soon. He’s still missing the passive data, but for the moment it hasn’t changed.
    • Yemoja, Jing Wei and Susano are now in development. From these 3, susano is the most advanced one.
    • Mordred had some progress also, he’s practically playable but there’s no ability descriptions
    • Baron Samedi was also added into the game with stats, so he’s probably coming too.
    • The order should be: Hecate, Thanatos, Morrigan, Ares, Susano, Jing Wei, Yemoja, Mordred, Baron

Hecate

Hecate is now fully playable again.

  • Basic Attack
    • Fire a projectile that deals 44 Magical Damage to the first enemy hit.

      NOTE 1: Projectile stops on first target hit, and does not pass through walls.

      • Damage Scaling: 100% Strength and 20% Intelligence
      • Range: 8.8m
      • Radius: 0.48m
  • Passive
    • Interact with allied Structures to channel and create a buff area that provides Health and Mana regeneration to gods in the area. Interact with allied gods only if they have recently earned a kill to channel and increase your own and the ally’s Strength and Intelligence.

      NOTE 1: Channel time is 2 seconds.

      NOTE 2: Can move while channeling. Channel will not be interrupted if the target or Hecate get out of range.

      NOTE 3: Structure buff area has infinite duration. Only 1 Structure can be buffed at a time. If a new one is buffed the previous one will lose the effect.

      NOTE 4: Must complete the ritual on a player within 30 seconds of that player getting a kill.

      • Health Regen: 2 + 0.25 Per Level
      • Mana Regen: 2 + 0.25 Per Level
      • Strength: 5 + 2 Per Level
      • Intelligence: 8 + 3.2 Per Level
      • Buff Duration: 300s
  • Ability 1
    • Fire a projectile that alternates between Power Form and Hex Form on each activation. Power Form deals 60 Magical Damage and Marks enemies hit. Marked enemies take bonus 10 Magical Damage damage every time they are damaged. Hex Form deals 60 Magical Damage and Mesmerizes enemies hit.

      NOTE 1: Projectiles both pass through and damage all enemies, and pass through walls

      NOTE 2: Both projectiles linger at max range for 1s and can still hit enemies. Each projectile can only hit an enemy 1 time.

      NOTE 3: Any damage taken from any source triggers the bonus damage from the Mark.

      NOTE 1: Magical Shields are HP shields that only absorb Magical Damage. They stack with HP Shields.

    • Create two portals that deal 250 Magical Damage to enemies after a delay. Gods who are hit are Stunned, and then Displaced to the opposite portal. You and allied gods can interact with the portals to Teleport between them.

      NOTE 1: One Portal is always opened right in front of you, the other is opened at a targeted area.

      NOTE 2: Enemies that cleanse or immune the Stun will not be Teleported.

      NOTE 3: The initial delay is 1.5s, the Interactable Lifetime is 30s.

      NOTE 4: You and allies can interact with the portals any number of times.

Thanatos

    • Deal Physical Damage to an enemy in front of you.

      NOTE 1: Thanatos has a 3 hit chain. Attacks in an order of 1 / 0.75 / 1.5x damage and swing time. The final swing hits all targets in range.

  • Passive
    • Enemy gods at low health are revealed to you and can be Executed by Hovering Death. Killing an enemy heals Thanatos and reduced all of his cooldowns. Thanatos’ abilities cost health.

      NOTE 1: The health threshold is determined by the rank of Hovering Death, using the first rank value when Hovering Death is unranked.

  • Ability 1
    • Fire a projectile that deals 34.1 Physical Damage and Slow the first target hit.

      NOTE 1: Projectile stops on walls.

      NOTE 2: Gods hit by the projectile take 10% of their Max Health as bonus Physical Damage.

      NOTE 3: Thanatos Heals for 50% of the total damage done.

The Morrigan

    • Your Basic Attacks have a 3 hit chain. The final Basic Attack explodes, dealing 80 Magical Damage and applying a damage over time that deals 80 Magical Damage.

    • Fire a Shackle projectile that deals {InitialHit_Formula} Physical DamageSlows, and stops on first enemy god hit. Shackled god take repeating {DotHit_Formula} Magical Damage and are Crippled. Successfully hitting an enemy god allows you to fire another projectile and increases your Movement Speed. Up to 3 projectiles can be fired in this way.

      NOTE 1: This projectile passes through and damages non-god enemies, and passes through walls. It stops on gods.

      NOTE 2: Movement Speed buff stacks for each uniquely shackled god.

      NOTE 3: You have 2 seconds to fire another Shackle after successfully hitting an enemy god.

      NOTE 1: Channel lasts 2.5 seconds. Enemy gods are Displaced toward you after 2.17 seconds of channeling.

Susano is now being worked on. He seems to be practically finished. There’s no description in his abilities, but he has already the abilities working.

  • Chat
    • Chat window is already being worked
    • VIVOX plugin was added to the game, so voice chat is probably being worked on too
  • Ascension Pass
    • The ascension pass has different levels
    • Total of 4 skins: Opal, Shadow, Light, Legendary
    • Each skin uses the default model, it’s just like a filter applied that modifies color.
    • Each skin is unlocked by reaching different levels, for the moment we know:
      • Shadow & Light are unlocked at Mastery level (Level 5)
      • Opan is unlocked at Ascension (Level 10)
      • Legendary is unknown
  • Economy
    • Gems are now Diamonds
